Adapting Organization to the New Normal

We are still in an early face of the analysis about the New Normal for the construction companies, manufacturers of machinery and their retail networks. This is by far the most important crisis of the recent history, as reported in the Mc Kinsey article, more than 10 times bigger than 2008 crisis, with a massive amount of cash released by the bigger economies of 10$ trillions just after 2 months of the begging.

We are already learning from the retail’s companies, how they are adapting to this new time, basically re-thinking their products, pricing and reconsidering the footprint on their stores. In some cases, forced by government regulations and in other to improve the safety feeling on their customers, managing the customer experience.

The story gets more complex for the B2B group, but the winners are teaching us that the ones who adapt faster to the new challenges of the situation are the ones who are even wining on market share. Also finding new pockets of grows is critical to fill the empty spaces created for the crisis. In other hand, it’s a common denominator for these winners the re-shaping of “go-to-market” approach.

Agile organizations have proved that the ones who are ready for transform their companies in a short time will collect the benefits early, having system which allow them to it’s critical on the process.
